A localized project brief for activewear orders planned for Saudi Arabia, covering specifications, samples, inspections, export terms and import checks.
Send a tech pack with garment type, fibre blend, size range, construction, quantity per style, label brief and destination. Confirm product and process support in a written quotation before sampling.
Availability depends on category and construction. Ask Fenalt to confirm the requested product, fabric and process in writing before samples or production.

Import checks for Saudi Arabia
Classification and import conditions depend on the actual garment, fibre, construction, origin and trade terms. Check the current tariff with the official lookup and the buyer’s customs broker before estimating landed cost.
These sources are starting points for the buyer and importer. They do not establish a tariff rate or compliance result for an individual garment.
Local budgeting currency
SAR
Use Saudi Riyal (SAR) for local planning. Confirm invoice currency, bank charges, deposits and payment milestones in Fenalt’s written quotation; payment terms are order-specific.
Saudi product and tariff review
Before confirming a clothing quote for Saudi Arabia, ask the importer which current SASO technical regulation applies to the specific garment and what evidence or product steps it requires. For textile products within the scope of SASO’s current Textile Products Technical Regulation (Issue 2), confirm the Arabic or Arabic-and-English label information required for the exact garment under the applicable standard with the importer. Separately, give the broker the garment construction, fibre mix and origin to verify the matching ZATCA tariff entry; confirm any rate or restriction against the final code and shipment facts.
Shipping and delivery terms
Before planning freight, ask Fenalt to confirm the available Incoterm, named place or port, responsibility for import clearance, duties and taxes, and any available transit estimate in the written quotation. Terms are order-specific.
Example: a buyer in Saudi Arabia budgeting a knitted performance legging can give a broker its knit construction, fibre mix and garment details for classification before estimating duty.
Confirm fibre-content, care, origin, importer and language labelling requirements for the finished product with the local authority and importer. Requirements can vary by product and market.
Planning information only. Verify current classification, origin treatment, taxes and product labelling with the importing authority, customs broker and buyer’s compliance adviser.
