Partner qualification · tender supply

Bulk apparel tender sourcing

Fenalt reviews manufacturing facilities, textile mills, and verified inventory holders for fit with structured apparel procurement briefs. Supplier qualification is evidence-led; inclusion does not promise immediate production orders.

Partner assets

Submit the capability or inventory you control

Tender matching is based on the actual asset, technical profile, and available capacity. Partners should be able to document the facility or goods they represent.

01 · Production

Open line capacity

Share garment categories, specialized machinery, line availability, monthly throughput, and lead-time windows. Capability examples include pocket setters, flatlock, and multi-needle coverstitch equipment.

02 · Finished goods

Apparel stocklots

Provide overrun or cancelled-order inventory, packing lists, size breakdowns, physical inspection access, and documented resale clearance.

03 · Materials

Surplus textiles

Submit commercial fabric yardage with composition, GSM, width, roll quantity, and lot-specific shade information.

Four review stages

From profile to potential match

Partner qualification includes technical review, documentation, and an audit.

  1. 01

    Document and profile screening

Review legal registration, audit documents, facility profile, and stated capacity.

  2. 02

    Facility and process audit

Assess floor layout, line balance, machinery, safety practices, and quality checkpoints.

  3. 03

    Technical trial and sampling

Execute a trial tech pack and review measurement accuracy and sewing precision. Sampling planning is 10–15 days plus 3–5 days for shipping.

  4. 04

    Qualification and matching

Index qualified partner capabilities for assessment against active buyer briefs; matching does not guarantee an order.

Project execution

A qualified match starts with a buyer brief

The managed workflow ingests tender specifications such as target GSM, trim requirements, delivery schedule, and price target, then assesses fit with documented partner capabilities. Production engineers translate an approved tech pack into floor instructions and coordinate raw materials, pre-production sample approval, and the bulk lifecycle.

Sampling

10–15 days production plus 3–5 days courier shipping as a planning reference.

Bulk

15–20 days from PP sample sign-off to export dispatch as a planning reference.

Inspection

ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 Level II with AQL 2.5; review SPI, seam allowance, trim placement, and POM tolerances.

Delivery references include DAP for small courier shipments and FOB Chattogram for bulk sea freight. Project requirements and order terms are confirmed per brief.
