Who can apply
Three supplier profiles
The evidence changes by supplier type, but every applicant must make its capability legible and verifiable.
Garment factories
Cut-and-sew categories, machines, monthly capacity, sample room, export experience, QC system, and production photographs.
Fabric mills
Fiber and yarn capability, knit or woven constructions, GSM and width range, dyeing and finishing, test evidence, and lot minimums.
Stocklot holders
Lot origin, quantity, size curve, GSM, packaging, grading, brand permissions, inspection evidence, and export documents.
Evidence
Prepare the records that prove the claim
A complete application reduces verification time and gives the Fenalt team a realistic basis for project matching.
Safety and compliance
Factory or mill safety, ethical operating, environmental, and compliance records.
Quality system
QMS description, inspection records, AQL experience, testing, and corrective-action process.
Representative samples
Stitch samples, fabric swatches, product photographs, or verified stocklot evidence.
