What the intake does and does not establish
Does a sourcing request guarantee a factory match?
No. A technical review considers product parameters, volume, material, schedule, and available facility fit. Submission does not guarantee a match, order, allocation, or production quantity.
What should a buyer include?
Send the tech pack, fabric composition and GSM, POM table, trims, target quantity, colorways, testing criteria, and intended delivery window.
How are suppliers qualified?
Qualification includes document screening, facility audit, trial sampling and stitch assessment, followed by network review. Evidence and scope should fit the facility and brief.
What supplier documents are accepted?
Prepare legal, structural, safety, environmental, and social-compliance records, but does not identify a verified list of accepted third-party certificates. Confirm required documents for the case.
Are supplier commercial terms standardized?
No universal supplier settlement schedule is stated. Payment and other commercial terms are agreed for the specific purchase order and recorded in its documents.
Can a qualified facility submit its profile here?
Yes. Private-label sourcing briefs and facility profiles are both accepted for review. Supplier capacity can be reviewed, but submitting it does not guarantee buyer access or allocation.
