Mills and dye houses
Circular or woven finished fabrics, greige textiles, and mill overruns. Provide composition, GSM, usable width, roll count, and shade-band information.
Stocklot owners
Cancelled orders, verified export overruns, retailer clearances, and deadstock fabric. Direct access to the physical goods and clear resale authority are required for review.

Quantity and packing
Exact piece counts or roll counts, carton breakdown, full size and color assortment, packing list, and physical sample access.
Product specification
For garments, provide grading and points-of-measure (POM) sheets, construction details, fabric composition, and available inspection reports.
Fabric and trim data
For textiles, share fiber composition, weight, usable width, roll identification, shade data, and any test reports available.
Provenance and permissions
Document the inventory origin, commercial title, and permission to resell. Identify any trademarks or buyer-specific restrictions before review.

Cleared facilities or inventory lots can be assessed against suitable commercial briefs; submission does not guarantee an order.
Condition and inspection
Finished apparel lots are checked against the agreed specification and dimensional tolerances. Inspection references include an ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 Level II statistical audit with an AQL 2.5 acceptance threshold, plus checks for seam strength, storage or moisture damage, shade variation, and needle contamination.

Will Fenalt find an immediate buyer?
No immediate buyer or order volume is guaranteed. Verified profiles and lots can be considered for matching against suitable commercial briefs.
Can branded goods be submitted?
Disclose labels and trademark ownership or restrictions. Any required de-branding or resale permission must be resolved before a lot can be offered to buyers.
How long do new manufacturing orders take?
For manufacturing allocations, planning references are 10–15 days for sample production plus 3–5 days courier shipping, then 15–20 days of bulk production after PP sample sign-off.
How are commercial terms set?
Acquisitions and production are documented through order-specific purchase orders. Payment schedules are agreed for each order.
