Streetwear order planning

  1. Standard minimum order: 50 pieces per style. Confirm the actual quantity, construction and price in the written quote.
  2. Sampling: 10–15 production days plus 3–5 shipping days. Confirm the sample route and dispatch date for the project.
  3. Bulk production: 15–20 days from pre-production sample sign-off to export dispatch; destination transit is separate.
  4. Quality: agree the inspection scope and acceptance plan. Fenalt's standard is AQL 2.5 (ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 Level II).
  5. Delivery: DAP may suit small-batch courier shipments and FOB Chattogram bulk sea freight; origin, destination, shipment size and the agreed Incoterm determine the actual terms.

Buyer check · Czechia

Give the importer or customs broker the exact garment type, knit or woven construction, fibre composition and country of manufacture. Ask them to determine customs origin separately and verify the current tariff classification, any applicable duty and import steps for that SKU using the official market references. Duty treatment depends on the product and customs origin; this page states no specific rate or bulk transit time. Confirm how general apparel guidance applies to the exact streetwear item.

Czech label-language and TARIC review

For textile products with two or more textile components that have different fibre contents, give the importer verified composition for each component and confirm Czech fibre names under EU textile rules. Article 11 allows an exception when components are not main linings and together represent less than 30% of the product total weight; ask the importer to confirm whether it applies to the actual garment before approving artwork. Use Czech Customs’ TARIC CZ/e-ČIT as a preliminary lookup by commodity code, origin and date; Customs says e-ČIT is a work aid, not legally binding. If the code remains uncertain, ask the broker about submitting a classification request through EENVS, which Customs describes as a non-binding opinion service. Have the importer or broker confirm the measures and VAT treatment for the actual transaction before quoting.

Market reference currency: CZK. This is not a Fenalt price or invoicing promise. Confirm quote currency, payment schedule, bank charges and buyer/importer responsibilities in the written offer.
