Yoga wear fit is tested in movement

Fabric weight alone does not establish opacity, stretch recovery, or performance. Define the intended movement, fit, seam, and test criteria, then assess the actual sample.

Stretch material choices

Select for the garment, then test

These are illustrative fabric options and GSM ranges, not a guarantee of current availability or performance.

Review garment construction considerations

Sample evaluation

Check how the garment behaves

Record fabric, size, test condition, and result for each evaluation. Do not infer performance from a material name.

Stretch and recovery

Set the garment's stretch direction, recovery expectation, and test conditions for the chosen fabric.

Opacity

Assess the actual fabric and garment in the intended color and size range. Define the test condition and acceptance criterion.

Seams

Specify seam type, stitch density, reinforcement, and pressure points for the garment construction.

Fit

Approve grading, POM tolerances, waistband, gusset, rise, and movement on the physical sample.

Yoga wear questions

Performance claims need evidence

What is the MOQ for yoga wear?

The managed-model MOQ reference is 50 pieces per style. Confirm material, color, and size minimums for the particular order.

Can you guarantee leggings are squat-proof?

No opacity guarantee is established by a fabric name or GSM range. Test the actual fabric and finished garment under buyer-defined conditions.

Which stretch fabrics are listed?

Illustrative fabric options include nylon-spandex, polyester-spandex, textured nylon-elastane, recycled polyester-spandex, and modal-spandex options with different weights and uses.

What seam should be used for yoga leggings?

Choose the seam for the material, fit, and stress points, then verify it on the sample. The tech pack should state stitch and reinforcement requirements.

How long do sampling and production take?

Planning references are 10–15 days for sampling plus 3–5 days courier, then 15–20 days bulk after PP sign-off. Confirm the order calendar.

Can Fenalt supply GRS-certified recycled fabric?

Certification availability is not confirmed by this page. Verify current scope and transaction-specific records for the exact supplier, fabric, product, and order.

Can I request Pantone color matching?

Provide the target and approve a lab dip or sample. Confirm material availability, minimums, tolerance, and timing with the order team.
