    Pattern and first sample

    Develop the pattern and physical sample, checking rise, seat, thigh, inseam, leg opening, and pocket placement.

    Fit and grading approval

    Revise the block, approve the POM chart, and grade the requested waist range and inseams.

    Golden sample and bulk
