Our standard Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is 50 pieces per style. This low threshold allows fashion startups and established UAE labels to test new designs, run exclusive capsule collections, and manage inventory risk without incurring high initial production capital expenses.

Garments sold within the UAE mainland must comply with local consumer protection guidelines, which generally require clear fiber content identification, care instructions using standard ISO care symbols or written text, country-of-origin labeling, and dual English/Arabic text where applicable for retail distribution. Fenalt prints or weaves custom care and main labels according to your precise tech pack requirements during final garment assembly.

For small-batch courier shipments and production samples, Fenalt operates primarily under DAP (Delivered at Place), shipping goods directly to your specified office, studio, or third-party logistics provider (3PL) address in the UAE. For high-volume ocean freight bulk shipments, standard terms are FOB designated port of export, where Fenalt manages origin-side loading, export documentation, and port clearing, while your freight forwarder handles sea transit and local import clearance at Jebel Ali Port or Mina Zayed.

Apparel imported into the UAE mainland typically attracts a 5% standard GCC customs duty rate assessed on the Cost, Insurance, and Freight (CIF) value, along with the standard 5% UAE Value Added Tax (VAT). Under DAP terms, express air couriers usually clear customs on your behalf and invoice destination duties and local VAT directly to your designated importer account. For FOB sea shipments, your local licensed customs broker manages declaration filings via Dubai Customs or Abu Dhabi Customs systems.

Sampling requires 10–15 days for production, plus 3–5 days for shipping via express air courier directly to the UAE. Once you review and issue formal sign-off on the pre-production (PP) sample, bulk production takes 15–20 days from pre-production sample sign-off to export dispatch. Air freight transit to Dubai or Abu Dhabi typically adds 3–7 days, while ocean freight transit to Jebel Ali Port typically requires 12–18 days depending on vessel routing.
