From cargo and tailored chinos to oversized streetwear, we manage fabric and lab dips, pattern engineering, sampling, production, inspection, and DAP or FOB dispatch.
Direct answer
Fenalt manages pattern and fabric procurement, including combed compact ring-spun cotton and technical synthetics, then coordinates a physical sample in 10–15 days and bulk production in 15–20 days after PP sign-off.
Each program receives on-site quality control, technical POM review, fabric and trim checks, and final ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 Level II inspection with an AQL 2.5 threshold before DAP courier or FOB export.

Technical construction
Trousers need controlled seam, pocket, waistband, and hardware engineering to preserve fit and function.
Inseams and outseams use five-thread safety stitch or double-needle flat-felled construction.
10–12 SPI balances strength and puckering control in woven trousers.
Bartacks reinforce pocket corners, belt loops, fly ends, and other load points.
Pocketing is typically 130–150 GSM cotton or poly; waistband fusing and YKK brass or nylon-coil zippers are specified by use.
Typical BOM and finish
Pocketing is typically 130–150 GSM cotton or poly. Waistbands use specified fusing. Fly hardware can be YKK #5 heavy denim or twill brass or nylon coil. Custom Cordura, GRS recycled nylon, and OEKO-TEX requirements are scoped to the approved product specification.
