Enter the per-unit fabric consumption from your marker or product estimate. The calculator adds a 5% planning allowance for waste.
What is fixed setup cost?
Include pattern, print, embroidery, dye, development, or other fixed fees that do not multiply directly with each finished unit.
Does it calculate dye-lot surcharges?
The calculator flags the dye-lot threshold as a sourcing decision. Any surcharge must be confirmed with the mill or supplier.
How should I interpret DAP and FOB?
