Brief and technical review
Share artwork, measurements, materials, BOM, and target quantity. Confirm any pattern, grading, or specification work and who approves revisions.
Sample and approval
Agree scope and schedule, then review fit, fabric weight, seams, hardware, and finish against the approved sample before bulk cutting.
Quality and dispatch
Document inspection method, sample size, defect definitions, tolerances, acceptance criteria, packing, documents, and shipment responsibility. No inspection package is universal.
