Quality and delivery
Agree inspection method, sample size, defect categories, tolerances, and acceptance criteria. Select transport mode and record the named place or port and each party’s duties.

For DAP, confirm the named destination and import-clearance responsibilities. FOB applies only to sea or inland-waterway transport. Duty and VAT depend on classification, origin, goods, and importer circumstances; verify current treatment with Tullverket or an adviser.
