Buyers may sometimes select colors or size ranges, but selective procurement carries a unit premium and depends on source-facility agreement. Minimum surplus thresholds vary by verified lot; custom production uses a 50-piece per-style MOQ.

Does Fenalt hold shirt stocklots in a warehouse?
No. Fenalt identifies, inspects, and sources verified woven shirt overruns and cancelled shipments from audited factory floors against specific briefs.
Are surplus shirts new or returns?
Managed shirt stocklots are brand-new, unworn factory garments. Fenalt does not handle used garments, store returns, or post-consumer clothing.
How are branded labels handled?
Neck labels can be slit or removed, care labels masked, and hangtags and price tickets removed before dispatch when legal clearance requires it.
What does the inspection include?
AQL 2.5 sampling, chest/sleeve/shoulder/collar POM checks, SPI, collar stays, armhole seams, button tension, humidity, moisture, cartons, and polybags.
What is the stocklot lead time?
Production lead time is eliminated; verification, de-branding, and export packing typically require 5–10 days before transit, with transit depending on shipping mode.
What shipping terms are available?
