A managed production route
One technical workflow across the order
Fenalt does not claim to own manufacturing facilities in Singapore. Production is assigned to partner facilities according to garment type and approved specifications. Fenalt coordinates the tech pack, material sourcing, pre-production sample, quality checkpoints and freight arrangement, with one operational contact for the project.
This supports teams comparing direct offshore coordination with a managed workflow. The buyer retains the product brief and approves the physical PPS before bulk production starts.

Material choices for warm, humid use
Match fabric weight and construction to the brief
For products intended for a tropical climate, prioritize breathable hand-feel, moisture management, and durability. Final fabric and finish choices should be recorded in the approved specification.
Lightweight cotton
Combed compact ring-spun cotton, 140–180 GSM for lightweight T-shirts as an example; 200–240 GSM for mid-weight structured garments.
Cellulosic blends
Cotton-modal and bamboo-cotton blends are identified as options where the brief calls for drape and a cool hand-feel.
Technical synthetics
Polyester or nylon blends with mechanical stretch or elastane can be specified for activewear; finish and performance targets belong in the tech pack.
Construction
Stitch references include 10–14 stitches per inch depending on fabric weight, flatlock ISO 607 for activewear and reinforced overlock ISO 504 or safety stitches for casualwear.
