Product brief

Make the specification reviewable

Describe category and use, fit and size range, construction, verified fibre content, colours, trims, branding placement, label files and packaging. Break quantities down by style, colour and size. Attach the current tech pack, identify its controlling version, and distinguish approved choices from items needing a sample or feasibility review.

Fenalt coordinates private-label apparel through managed manufacturing and sourcing. Factories, suppliers, material sources and production partners are selected for each project. Fenalt does not own factories. Confirm the order’s scope, partner availability, materials and commercial terms before treating them as settled.

Brand assets and samples

Keep each approval tied to its version

List labels, tags, artwork, prints, embroidery, trims and packaging, with versions, placements and buyer-supplied materials. Agree who reviews each sample and criteria for fit, measurements, colour, construction and brand application. Keep accepted changes in a dated specification revision linked to the sample that will guide production.

Quantity and quality

Confirm planning references and inspection scope

Fenalt’s standard minimum-order reference is 50 pieces per style. Sample production is estimated at 10–15 days plus a separate 3–5 days for shipping. Bulk production is estimated at 15–20 days from pre-production sample sign-off to export dispatch. These are planning references, not a promised arrival date in Sweden; confirm the schedule in writing.

Set the approved sample, measurements and tolerances, material and construction criteria, inspection scope, records and corrective-action process in the written quality plan. AQL 2.5 under ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 General Inspection Level II applies only when its method and acceptance limits are stated there. Sampling is not a guarantee that each garment is inspected or defect-free. Fenalt provides on-site quality control during production; confirm included activities.

Swedish product and import checks

Review the label and shipment for the actual order

Regulation (EU) No 1007/2011 sets fibre-composition requirements for textile products within its scope. Label information must use the official language or languages where the product is made available to consumers, subject to scope and exceptions. Have a qualified reviewer check Swedish fibre terminology and final artwork. Read the EU textile labelling regulation.

The importer or customs representative should classify the garment and check current tariff measures, origin evidence and declarations with Swedish Customs. EORI depends on the operator’s customs role. Confirm import VAT treatment with the Swedish Tax Agency. This page makes no tariff, tax or compliance determination.

DAP may be used for small-batch courier shipments and FOB Chattogram for bulk sea freight when confirmed for the order. State the place or port, transport responsibility, importer and import-charge responsibility in the quote. Swedish-language, fact-owner, local specialist, route and publication approvals remain pending.
