Low-run production planning · Saudi Arabia
Plan a Small Clothing Run for Your Saudi Brand
Prepare fibre, label, sample, and importer information alongside quantities by style. Then have the requirements that apply to the specific garment and shipment reviewed before production.
Prepare a project briefProduct information
Make the product file verifiable
Record fibre composition, fabric weight, colours, sizes, measurements, and the source of available product information. Connect label text and artwork to the specific style and sample. A fabric name or photograph alone does not confirm fibre content or establish that a label meets a requirement. If a detail is unknown, keep it as an open question instead of guessing.
Fenalt coordinates custom apparel production through factories, suppliers, and production partners selected for each project. Production origin, methods, and terms depend on the brief; Fenalt does not claim to own factories or manufacture in Saudi Arabia. This page helps prepare a request and does not certify a product or confirm regulatory compliance.
| Style and fit | Product description, size chart, measurement points, and tolerances |
|---|---|
| Material | Fibre composition, fabric weight, colours, and information source |
| Quantity | Pieces for each style, colour, and size, plus possible alternatives |
| Label and pack | Brand details, product information, label copy, packaging, and artwork |
| Approval and import | Reference sample, inspection criteria, approval contact, importer, destination, and open questions |
Fenalt’s standard minimum-order reference is 50 pieces per style. It does not mean every fabric, colour, print, embroidery, or size combination is feasible at that quantity. Confirm material and production capacity for the requested specification before placing the order.
Sample and quality approval
Approve the product file with the sample
Compare sample measurements, fit, colour, fabric, stitching, and label with the current specification. Record revisions in one version, then approve the pre-production sample before the run. A sample alone does not guarantee material availability or unchanged terms beyond the agreed order.
Collect product information
Connect the style to fibre details, measurements, quantities, and available origin information.
Review the label locally
Ask a Saudi specialist to review the product category, current requirements, label text, and placement.
Approve the sample and inspection plan
Use one current specification and define measurements, defect categories, sample size, and follow-up.
Fenalt’s sample reference is 10–15 days for sample production, plus a separate 3–5 day shipping reference. Bulk production is referenced at 15–20 days from pre-production sample approval to export dispatch. These are not transit, customs, or delivery times to Saudi Arabia; confirm dates for the actual project.
The inspection reference is AQL 2.5 under ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 General Inspection Level II when specified in the order. This statistical sampling method does not inspect every piece or guarantee a defect-free run. Agree the sample size, defect categories, measurement points, and nonconformity process in writing.
Saudi product and importer checks
Check requirements for the product and shipment
SASO publishes a Technical Regulation for Textile Products. Applicability and requirements depend on product category and the current regulation. Do not assume every provision applies to every garment or that a draft label is compliant. Ask a Saudi product specialist to review the garment classification, fibre information, label text, and placement before printing or production. This page is not a legal interpretation or complete conformity checklist. SASO textile-product technical regulations · Technical Regulation for Textile Products.
The importer or customs broker should verify the actual product description, origin, value, classification, supporting documents, procedures, and applicable charges using current official information. This page does not assign a tariff code or state a duty or tax rate, and it does not confirm product registration or clearance requirements. ZATCA import instructions · ZATCA customs tariff inquiry.
Write down delivery responsibilities
Fenalt’s delivery references are DAP for small-batch courier shipments and FOB Chattogram for larger sea-freight shipments, with terms varying by project. Confirm the named place or port, Incoterms edition, and responsibility for importing and clearance. Do not assume manufacturing includes every cost, local delivery, or a guaranteed arrival date.
Prepare for a quote
Share a clear project brief
Organise the product category, size range, quantities by style and colour, fabric and trim requirements, branding, label and packaging artwork, approval contacts, inspection expectations, importer, and Saudi destination. Raise product-information, classification, and clearance questions early so the relevant local specialist can review the actual product and route.
These details make the scope easier to assess, but they do not replace production-capacity confirmation or regulatory review. Submit a project brief or read about Fenalt’s services.
