PRIVATE LABEL PRODUCTION · QATAR

Private Label Clothing Manufacturing for Qatar Brands

Coordinate a product brief, sample approvals, written quality criteria, and an importer-led import review.

Managed private label production

Fenalt manages apparel manufacturing and sourcing through factories, suppliers, material sources, and production partners selected for each project. Work may include technical review, material sourcing, OEM or ODM development, sample coordination, production planning, quality activity, and export planning. Fenalt is a manufacturing solutions manager, not a factory directory or marketplace, and does not claim to own production facilities. The partner, origin, capabilities, schedule, and terms depend on the confirmed brief.

Define product and brand details

For each style, specify garment type and use, target wearer, fit, size range, construction, fabric type, known fiber composition or weight, colors, artwork, labels, tags, and trims. Attach the current technical pack, sketches, or references with revision numbers. A visual reference alone may not define material, construction, quantity, or schedule. Keep quantities clear by style, color, and size; identify open choices, the approver, and whether the quantity is an initial order, forecast, or repeat.

Ask the quotation to state whether sample development, materials, labels, packaging, inspection, and freight are included, with assumptions and exclusions. Approve artwork, label content, material, placement, and application method for each style.

Production and branding support

Fenalt coordinates private label apparel production, custom branding, labels, and tags. Depending on the brief, the managed scope may include technical pack review and specification questions; OEM or ODM development and sample coordination; fabric and material sourcing against the specification; production coordination through selected partner facilities; on-site quality control during production; and export planning. The written scope should name included work, buyer-supplied items, open decisions, approval points, and exclusions. Approve artwork, label content, materials, placement, and application method for each style.

A four-stage working sequence

  1. Share product specifications, quantity, branding requirements, destination, and target schedule.
  2. Review scope, questions, sourcing, development assumptions, and project quotation.
  3. Review fit, material, construction, and branding; approve the pre-production sample and written quality criteria.
  4. After approvals, Fenalt coordinates production partners, agreed inspection activity, and export dispatch.

The facility, methods, schedule, and delivery terms are confirmed for the order. A prior project's partner or route is not automatically available for another style.

Order, timing, and quality

Fenalt's current standard reference is 50 pieces per style; the quotation confirms the style definition and quantity split. Sampling is estimated at 10–15 days for production plus a separate 3–5 day shipping reference. Bulk production is estimated at 15–20 days from pre-production sample sign-off to export dispatch. These are planning estimates, not an arrival date or unconditional delivery guarantee.

Fenalt provides on-site quality control during production. Document the approved sample, measurement points, construction, material and color criteria, inspection scope, records, and corrective action. AQL 2.5 using ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 General Inspection Level II applies only when included in the written inspection plan. Non-conformities are reviewed against the agreed standard, with appropriate corrective action coordinated through the production partner.

Qatar import review and shipment planning

Qatar Customs' commercial import guidance describes evidence of importer activity for obtaining a customs code and electronic declaration entry by the importer, its representative, or an authorized customs broker. Its published checklist includes a detailed invoice and certificate of origin; Customs may request Arabic translations of foreign invoices or documents. The importer or qualified adviser should confirm current requirements for the actual garment, origin, route, and transaction. This page assigns no HS code, duty, exemption, or clearance result.

Al Nadeeb is an official customs single-window information and process reference. The importer or adviser should review current official resources for the actual product. Delivery terms depend on origin, destination, shipment size, and agreed Incoterm. DAP may be used for small courier shipments and FOB Chattogram for bulk sea freight; neither is automatic for a Qatar order. No price, tax result, tariff, transit duration, or landed-cost estimate is provided.
