Qualification path

Four review gates

The sequence helps structure a review; the needed evidence is specific to the facility and active buyer brief.

  1. 01

    Document screening

Review legal and facility profile, machine list, category experience, and submitted records.

  2. 02

    Facility audit

Assess the physical site, line and equipment profile, process scope, and relevant operational evidence.

  3. 03

    Trial sample

Review construction, measurements, material handling, workmanship, and agreed quality checks.

  4. 04

    Capacity matching

Consider qualified profile and open capacity against active buyer requirements and order-specific fit.

Supplier questions

Before submitting capacity

Who can submit a T-shirt production profile?

Specialized cut-and-sew circular-knit facilities, fabric mills or dyehouses, and verified owners of export surplus or stocklots may submit relevant capabilities for review.

Does a profile guarantee an order?

No. A profile may be reviewed and considered for matching. It does not guarantee a buyer, order, quantity, or production allocation.

What is the standard MOQ?

The standard managed-production reference is 50 pieces per style. The facility and material minimums still need to be confirmed for each order.

How does qualification work?

Qualification includes document screening, physical facility review, trial sample or stress assessment, and capacity matching. Scope and evidence depend on the facility and product.

What quality and inspection basis is used?

ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 Level II with AQL 2.5 major defects is a planning reference. Agree inspection scope, defect definitions, and POM tolerances for the specific order.

When are supplier payment terms set?

Commercial payment terms are specific to the purchase order and must be recorded in the applicable agreement. There is no universal payment schedule on this page.

Can a facility submit surplus stock as well as capacity?

Yes. Finished apparel stocklots and surplus circular-knit fabrics may also be offered. Include itemized quantities, specifications, condition, and evidence of ownership or authority to sell.
