Managed network · circular and flat knit

Available knitwear production capacity

Plan a circular cut-and-sew or fully fashioned flat-knit order against a documented brief. Capacity, gauge, yarn availability, and seasonal timing are confirmed for each project.

Capacity by construction

Two knitting workflows, different product needs

Allocation depends on product construction, machine gauge, yarn supply, target order volume, and seasonal timing. Use the comparison to identify the right technical route before capacity is reviewed.

Partner capability

What the network evaluates

The managed network includes specialized garment facilities, textile mills, and verified material or stocklot holders. A profile is assessed against the work it can document and execute.

Machines and materials

Machine gauges, linking stations, washing and pressing equipment, monthly output, yarns, knit structures, and finishing capabilities.

Quality controls

Inspection lines, shade-matching lightboxes, GSM and pilling tests, needle detection, stitch density, rib alignment, and measurement checks.

Safety and compliance

Documented structural and fire-safety practices, social compliance records, and fair-labor procedures are included in facility review.

Capacity evidence

Machine inventories, line allocations, target ship dates, and physical samples help establish the facility’s fit for a brief.

Qualification sequence

Capacity is assessed before a project is matched

  1. 01

    Profile and documents

Review facility credentials, capacity information, compliance records, equipment lists, and legal standing.

  2. 02

    Floor and process audit

Evaluate floor layout, machine maintenance, working conditions, and in-line quality stations.

  3. 03

    Trial sample

Check pattern translation, seam strength, torque control, stitch density, rib alignment, and dimensional retention after laundering.

  4. 04

    Capability matching

Index qualified facilities by their documented technical capabilities so incoming briefs can be assessed against them.

Every bulk lot is subject to final statistical inspection using ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 Level II with an AQL 2.5 acceptance threshold. Dimensional tolerances are set in the order specification.

Before reserving a slot

Prepare the technical brief

Product and gauge

Share category, knit construction, target gauge, yarn composition, size range, and any linking or finishing requirements.

Quantity and timing

State units by style and color, sample needs, target ship date, and whether you are requesting circular or flat-knit production.

Quality references

Include the tech pack, measurement tolerances, approved hand-feel or reference sample, and inspection requirements.

Next step

Discuss knitwear capacity

Share your product construction, quantity, gauge, and target schedule for a project-specific review.
