Collar
Jacquard or 1x1/2x2 flat-knit rib with anti-curl elastane edge or light fusible reinforcement.
Neck tape
Herringbone or self-fabric binding reinforces the inner neck seam.
Placket
Fused interfacing and clean box stitching keep two- or three-button plackets flat; hidden, covered, or open Johnny collars are possible.
Hardware
Melamine, resin, horn, metal, or mother-of-pearl buttons use cross-stitch attachment with wrapped shanks.
Embellishment
Chest logos, cuff micro-monograms, high-stitch crests, water-based screen print, tonal silicone print, and contrast detailing can be specified.
Private-label finish
