Small-Batch Clothing Manufacturing for Poland-Based Brands

A smaller run still needs a clear specification, quantities by style, approved samples, and an agreed quality and delivery plan.

Define quantities by style and variant

List units for each style, then show the proposed colour and size breakdown. Include construction, fabric and known fibre content, finishes, trims, branding, labels and packaging.

Fenalt's standard minimum-order reference is 50 pieces per style. Treat it as a planning reference; the quote must confirm the minimum and feasibility for the actual specification. Share the current tech pack, measurement chart and tolerances, references and artwork. Mark decisions as approved or open, and identify who can approve changes. Ask the written quote to state assumptions, sample scope, materials, inspection, packing, transport and exclusions.

Keep samples, production and delivery separate

Fenalt's sample reference is 10–15 days for production, plus a separate 3–5 day shipping reference. Bulk production is referenced at 15–20 days from pre-production sample sign-off to export dispatch. Freight, customs processing and final delivery are separate stages; none of these figures promises an arrival date in Poland. Confirm the actual schedule in writing.

Before bulk production, tie the approved sample to the right tech-pack version, quantities, label, packaging and inspection criteria. Fenalt's quality reference is AQL 2.5 under ANSI/ASQ Z1.4, Level II, where applicable to the agreed plan. Confirm the lot, stage, sampling, responsibilities and acceptance criteria. AQL is a sampling method, not inspection of every garment or a guarantee against defects.

Review product information for Poland

EU Regulation 1007/2011 sets fibre names and composition-marking rules for textile products within its scope. For consumer-facing products, a product adviser should verify the regulation's application, composition and required language for the specific product and sales channel. Some B2B supply-chain documents receive separate treatment; this does not replace a consumer-information check. Approve label text and fibre data before printing. See Regulation (EU) 1007/2011 and Your Europe textile-label guidance. This page does not approve product compliance.

Prepare the import handoff for the actual order

For goods entering the EU from outside its customs territory, the importer should confirm its role, procedure, data and documents with its customs representative. PUESC says an EU-established company uses the EORI assigned in its country of establishment. Classification depends on the garment, fibre content, construction and documented origin. Check PUESC EORI guidance, the EU Combined Nomenclature and TARIC. No duty, VAT or landed-cost figure is stated here.

Fenalt's reference terms are DAP for small-batch courier shipments and FOB Chattogram for bulk sea freight; confirm whether either applies. The quote should name the place or port and allocate responsibilities. Do not assume DAP includes import charges.
