Private Label Clothing Manufacturing for Polish Brands
For an English-speaking team developing a Poland-focused private-label range, a useful production brief connects the product specification to sample approval, consumer-facing information and the importer’s handoff. Fenalt coordinates technical review, sourcing, sampling, production partners and export planning; the facility, origin and commercial terms depend on the confirmed project.

Give the team a brief that can be reviewed
For each style, describe intended use, wearer, fit, size range, construction, known fibre composition or weight, colour, trims, decoration, labels and packaging. Attach the current technical pack, sketch or reference garment and mark its revision. Separate fixed requirements from decisions open to proposal. Quantity should be clear by style, colour and size; do not assume unrelated styles combine toward one minimum.
Name who approves fit, artwork, label wording, material alternatives and the pre-production sample. State the destination, target date and buyer-supplied components. A mood board or target retail price alone does not define production requirements. The written scope should identify included work, exclusions, unresolved choices and the person who can approve each one.
Fenalt manages apparel manufacturing and sourcing through factories, suppliers and partners selected for the confirmed brief. It is not a factory directory or marketplace and does not claim to own production facilities. Depending on the project, coordination may cover technical review, OEM/ODM development, material sourcing, samples, production, on-site quality activity and export planning.
Make the private-label details part of the specification
Provide final artwork, placement, dimensions, colour references and application method for logos, labels, tags and packaging. Identify the exact fibre, origin, performance or certification statements proposed for consumer-facing materials and the evidence that supports them. Do not reuse a label file from another product without checking its composition and applicable market.
Product control
Measurements, grading, tolerances, construction, material and colour standards, trims, decoration and sample version.
Brand control
Approved artwork, label text, placement, packaging, barcode requirements and approval owner.
Material availability, dye-lot minima, processes and certifications depend on the supplier and actual order. Fenalt can review alternatives, but availability and certification are not established by a general page.
Plan the sample before committing to bulk
Fenalt’s standard minimum-order reference is 50 pieces per style; confirm the style definition, fabric, colour, construction and quantity split in the project quotation. The sampling reference is 10–15 days for sample production plus 3–5 days for shipping. Bulk production is estimated at 15–20 days from pre-production sample sign-off to export dispatch. These are planning figures, not guaranteed delivery dates.
- 1. Define and submit.
Send the brief, quantities, market, destination, branding needs and open questions.
- 2. Confirm scope.
Review technical questions, materials, quotation assumptions, exclusions and buyer approvals.
- 3. Review a sample.
Check fit, measurements, material, construction, colour, branding and labels against the controlling specification.
- 4. Approve and coordinate.
Record written sample approval and quality criteria before bulk production, inspection and export dispatch.
Revisions and material decisions can change timing. International transit, import clearance and delivery in Poland sit beyond the bulk-production estimate.
Check Poland-facing product information and import roles
EU Regulation 1007/2011 covers textile-fibre names and composition information for products within scope. For consumer-facing goods offered in Poland, have a product-compliance adviser verify the required wording and language, product scope and sales channel before the label is approved. The regulation also addresses certain business-to-business supply-chain documents; do not assume those provisions apply to every sale.
Polish Customs’ PUESC guidance says businesses importing from outside the EU or exporting outside it need an EORI. Polish businesses can apply through PUESC; a company established in another EU country uses its EORI from that country and registers that number on PUESC. Confirm which party is importer or declarant, its registration and its role with a customs representative. EORI registration does not establish a duty or tax amount.
Classification and origin depend on the actual garment and documented production path. The importer or representative should check the current EU tariff tools and shipment documents. This page provides no tariff code, preferential-origin conclusion, customs rate or VAT calculation. Agree in writing who prepares and checks the commercial invoice, packing list, transport details, origin evidence and recipient information. Agree quality and the delivery handoff
Fenalt provides on-site quality control during production. Set the approved sample, measurements, construction and material criteria, inspection scope, records and corrective-action process in writing. AQL 2.5 under ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 General Inspection Level II applies only when written into the order’s inspection plan. It is acceptance sampling, not inspection of every garment or a defect-free promise. Non-conformities are reviewed against agreed criteria and appropriate corrective action is coordinated with the production partner.
Fenalt’s qualified delivery references are DAP for small-batch courier shipments and FOB Chattogram for bulk sea freight. The term depends on origin, destination, shipment size and the agreed Incoterm. Confirm the named place or port, transport, import clearance, responsibilities and charges in the quotation. Do not infer landed cost, transit time or DDP service.
