Private Label Clothing for Independent Brands in Poland
Plan the product, branding, sample and import handoff as one set of decisions. Fenalt coordinates technical review, sourcing, sampling, partner production, agreed quality actions and shipment planning. Facility, production country, route and terms depend on the project.
Share a project briefPrepare a brief the team can assess
For each style, describe intended use, fit, size range, construction, known fibre content or weight, colours, trims, branding, labels and packaging. Attach the current tech pack or references and identify the revision. Separate approved requirements from assumptions and sample questions. Include quantities by style, colour and size, destination, timing and the specification version for the quotation. A reference image alone does not settle measurements, composition or construction.
Fenalt selects factories, suppliers and material sources for the project, managing work from technical review through production coordination to delivery. It is not a factory directory or marketplace and does not claim to own facilities.
Connect branding to an approved product
List labels, tags, artwork, prints, embroidery, trims and packaging; identify file versions, placement and buyer-supplied items. Fenalt coordinates branding within a confirmed scope; feasibility, suppliers and terms need project review. Agree who approves fit, measurements, colour, material hand-feel, construction, branding and packaging. Record changes in a dated specification revision and keep it with the approved sample.
Confirm quantities and project timing
Fenalt’s standard reference minimum is 50 pieces per style; confirm the style definition and quantity in the quotation. Sampling is estimated at 10–15 days for production plus a separate 3–5 days for shipping. Bulk production is estimated at 15–20 days from pre-production sample sign-off to export dispatch. These are planning references, not delivery guarantees; materials, approvals, revisions and transport affect timing.

Write down the quality plan
Define the approved sample, measurements and tolerances, construction and material criteria, inspection scope, records and corrective action. AQL 2.5 under ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 General Inspection Level II applies only when the written plan specifies the sampling method and limits. It is sampling, not inspection of every unit or a defect-free guarantee. Fenalt provides on-site quality control; deviations are assessed against agreed criteria and actions coordinated with the partner. Confirm needle or metal detection if required by the product, buyer or facility.
Check Poland-facing product information and imports
For consumer-facing goods, ask a product adviser whether Regulation (EU) 1007/2011 applies, which fibre names and composition details are relevant, and what language the actual product and sales channel require. Confirm composition and the responsible label operator. PUESC describes EORI for imports from outside the EU and exports outside it. Identify the importer or declarant: Polish businesses can apply through PUESC; a company established elsewhere in the EU should confirm use of its home-country EORI and registration on PUESC.
The importer or customs representative should check CN/TARIC classification, origin and transaction documents. This page assigns no code, duty, preference or VAT. Sources: PUESC EORI, Regulation (EU) 1007/2011, TARIC.
Confirm the shipment handover
Record production country, named delivery place, shipment size, documents, transport responsibility and agreed Incoterm. DAP may be used for small courier shipments and FOB Chattogram for larger sea freight, subject to project confirmation. The term alone does not establish duty, tax, clearance, landed cost or arrival date. Requirements vary by product and transaction.
Prepare the tech pack, quantities, material and branding decisions, label and packaging files, sample stage, destination and timing; mark open questions. Share a production brief or review Fenalt’s services.
