Apparel Manufacturing for Polish Brands

Plan apparel production for a Polish brand with clear specifications, sample approvals, quality checks and a delivery plan.

A production brief should connect garment specifications to sample approval, quality criteria, quantities and a named delivery point. Fenalt provides managed apparel manufacturing and sourcing, coordinating technical review, materials, sampling, production and delivery with partners selected for each project. Production location and schedule depend on the order. Fenalt is not a factory directory; this page does not claim that Fenalt owns a facility or manufactures in Poland.

Prepare a decision-ready brief

For each style, provide the current tech pack or specification, reference drawings or photos, measurement chart, construction, material, colour, size range, finishes, branding, trims and packaging. State quantities by style and size, the intended delivery point and requested date. Identify document versions and separate approved requirements from open questions and proposals. A reference image does not replace measurements or a confirmed construction.

Fenalt can coordinate sourcing and sample development with project partners. Material availability and production feasibility are confirmed for each brief. Fenalt's current standard MOQ reference is 50 pieces per style; the quotation should define the style, variants, quantity breakdown and any conditions that change the minimum. Do not assume different styles or materials can share one lot minimum.

Approve the sample and production baseline

Before sampling, agree what the sample must confirm: fit, measurements, material, colour, seams, trims, print, embroidery, labels or packaging. Consolidate fitting notes in one versioned review and distinguish required corrections from preferences. Before bulk production, approve the pre-production sample and the specification that matches it.

Fenalt's current sample planning reference is 10–15 days for production, plus a separate 3–5 day shipping reference. The timing depends on scope, material, revisions and route; it is not a guaranteed delivery date in Poland. Document any later specification change and confirm its effect on material, timing, inspection and cost.

Agree the quality plan

Record measurement points and tolerances, workmanship and finish criteria, colour, print or embroidery requirements and packing standards. Fenalt's current inspection reference is AQL 2.5 under ANSI/ASQ Z1.4, General Inspection Level II. Confirm the scope, stage and agreed inspection plan for the actual order. Non-conformities are reviewed against the agreed standard, with appropriate corrective action coordinated with the production partner.

Needle or metal detection can be included where the product, buyer specification or facility requires it; it is not a universal process for every order. A particular material test method or certification likewise needs confirmation for the applicable supplier and order.

Check import and product-information responsibilities

Identify the importer, dispatch country, customs declarant and any representative. PUESC states that an EORI number is needed for customs formalities involving trade with a non-EU country; an EU-established business uses the number assigned in its country of establishment. This does not mean every buyer needs a new Polish number or that Fenalt is the importer. Confirm current requirements for the actual business with PUESC and its representative.

Classification depends on the actual product and supporting evidence. The importer or customs agent should check the appropriate Combined Nomenclature (CN), current TARIC measures, documented origin and declaration requirements. Dispatch location alone does not establish origin. EU rules cover fibre names and composition information for products within scope; an adviser should confirm application, content and language before labels are printed. This page gives no customs duty or VAT rate and is not legal, tax or product-compliance advice.

Plan delivery to a named place

Fenalt's qualified delivery reference is DAP for small-batch courier shipments and FOB Chattogram for bulk sea freight. These are not automatic terms. The quotation should name the agreed rule, named place or port, transport-booking party and responsibility scope. The route and schedule depend on production origin, destination, shipment size and agreed terms.

The 15–20 day bulk-production planning reference runs from pre-production sample sign-off to export dispatch. It does not cover transport to Poland, customs clearance or delivery to a warehouse. Confirm separate dates for materials, production, inspection, transport and receipt.

Questions from Poland-based teams

Can Fenalt quote in PLN?

Ask which currency is available for the specific project and record it in the quotation. This page does not promise PLN pricing or a fixed exchange rate.

Does the 15–20 day reference mean delivery to Poland?

No. It is a planning reference from pre-production sample sign-off to export dispatch. Transport, customs and delivery have separate schedules.

Does Fenalt manufacture in Poland?

Fenalt selects partners for each project's requirements. Confirm the actual production location for the order.
