Name the volume you want

Use a graded size chart and a clear fit reference. Specify the measurements that create each shape.

Drop-shoulder boxy

Broad body with a lowered shoulder line. Define body width, shoulder drop, sleeve length, and collar proportions in the spec.

Relaxed extended

Longer body and roomier sleeve direction. Confirm total length and balance on the intended size range.

Articulated streetwear

Patterned volume and proportion need to be reviewed on the sample, not inferred from the size label.

Sample

Review drape, collar height, shoulder slope, seam behavior, and print area on the intended fabric.

Wash and finish

State the wash, dye, and shrinkage method. Confirm the actual result against the approved sample and test criteria.

Inspection

ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 Level II and AQL 2.5 major defects are planning references; agree sampling plan and defect definitions per order.

What is the MOQ for an oversized T-shirt?

A managed-model MOQ reference is 50 pieces per style. Confirm material minimums, colorways, and size breakdown for the order.

Which GSM range works for a heavyweight tee?

Illustrative options are 240–280 GSM heavy single jersey and 300–360 GSM ultra-heavy jersey. Compare hand feel, fit, and drape in a sample.

Can I request organic cotton?

Organic carded cotton is a fabric direction. Verify current supplier and transaction documents before using any certified-content claim.

How do I reduce fit changes after washing?

Specify the fabric and finish, POM measurement method and tolerance, and buyer-required shrinkage test. Approve the sample before bulk.

Can Pantone colors be matched?

Submit the target color and agree a lab-dip approval route. Feasibility, material minimums, tolerance, and timing are order-specific.

What is the timing?

Planning references are 10–15 days for sample production plus 3–5 days courier, then 15–20 days for bulk after formal PP sign-off. Confirm the actual schedule.

Can Fenalt confirm AQL 2.5?
