A private-label range combines product engineering with brand files, product information, retail presentation and import planning. Fenalt coordinates those decisions through the approved sample and international partner production, with order-specific minimums, inspection scope and shipment terms.
Buyer groups
Independent labels may prioritize a distinctive fit and carefully chosen fabric. DTC brands may need repeatable color and sizing. Retail, resortwear or corporate programs can involve multiple SKUs, packaging instructions and delivery milestones. The product file should say which decisions are fixed and where a sample review is still needed.

Brand file review
Check label and packaging artwork against the approved garment, information owner and intended New Zealand market. Confirm the exact files to use before production.
Check artwork version, placement, size sequence, label material and attachment method.
Verify product facts and care instructions against the selected fabric and current market requirements.
Confirm SKU, barcode scan, retail copy, tag position and string or fastener.
Set fold, protective packaging, carton marks, assortment and quantity per carton.
New Zealand release planning
Collection plans should work backwards from the New Zealand selling window and include time for development review, material readiness, sample revisions, production, inspection, freight and border processing.
Agree when goods must be available to sell, then schedule technical sign-off and dispatch around that date.
Layered garments, special materials and additional fit or function reviews can affect the plan.
Import entry, GST and duties depend on classification, origin, value, importer and current rules. Confirm applicable consumer and product information obligations with official New Zealand sources for the finished goods.
