What makes a low-MOQ order viable?
The sewing quantity is only one input
A supplier's minimum may apply to a style, material, dye lot, color or custom component. A smaller garment order can still require a larger fabric or trim purchase. Ask for a written breakdown and compare the total commitment with the expected range and launch plan.

Compare stock fabric with custom knit, dye or finish and understand each route's minimum.
Include every fee
Include pattern, sample, trim, testing, inspection, freight, clearance and taxes.

Choose Incoterm and named point. Agree who handles export, customs, GST or duties and local delivery.
