Wovens and denim
Structured woven garments, indigo denim, utility bottoms and outerwear benefit from automated cutting, pocket setting and local laundry depth.
Nearshore private-label production
Morocco combines denim and knit depth, laundry infrastructure and proximity to European markets for private-label collections.
Fenalt provides the technical interface between the brand and vetted facilities, from CAD and materials through embellishment, inspection and export cartons.
Direct answer
Fenalt matches each project with category-specific production capacity in Casablanca, Tangier or Rabat while retaining responsibility for technical adherence and delivery timing.
Structured woven garments, indigo denim, utility bottoms and outerwear benefit from automated cutting, pocket setting and local laundry depth.
Single jersey, interlock and French terry use combed yarns, compacting and controlled finishing to stabilize weight and hand-feel.
Printing, embroidery, woven labels, care tags, hangtags, barcodes and packaging are planned as part of the production file.
Managed workflow
01
POMs, seam specifications and the material matrix are checked before the factory route is chosen.
02
Proto and PP samples take 10–15 days, followed by 3–5 days courier shipping for fit and construction approval.
03
Combed yarns, stenter framing, mechanical compacting, dye lots and imported technical textiles are coordinated.
04
Automated cutting, ISO stitching, laundry processing, printing, embroidery, labels and packaging are managed together.
05
AQL 2.5 inspection, needle detection, barcode checks and DAP or FOB dispatch complete the route.

Stock fabric can move quickly into sampling. Custom mill-knitted or custom-dyed fabrics may require 10–18 days before cutting, so the choice belongs in the original production plan.
Laser fading, ozone, stone washing, enzyme softening, resin coating and vintage dyeing can be developed with strike-offs before the bulk range is locked.
Morocco trade-offs
Why Morocco
Shorter European replenishment routes, strong denim washing, skilled structured-garment workmanship and regional trade preferences can support trend-sensitive private-label programs.
What to plan
Custom yarn or Pantone-dyed lots, specialized waterproof trims and long-distance freight may require earlier commitment than the garment MOQ alone suggests.
Quality control
GSM, shrinkage, crocking, colorfastness and wash stability are checked against the approved material plan.
SPI, seam tension, dropped stitches, POMs, zipper function and hardware are checked during and after assembly.
Metal detection, labels, hangtags, barcodes and cartons are checked before ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 Level II AQL 2.5 release.
Technical FAQs
Fenalt’s standard MOQ is 50 pieces per style, supporting capsules, market tests and scalable re-orders.
Sampling requires 10–15 days production plus 3–5 days courier shipping. Bulk requires 15–20 days from PP sign-off to export dispatch.
Garments are measured against the approved POM chart during in-line and final AQL 2.5 inspections using standard commercial tolerances.
Yes. Laser fading, ozone bleaching, stone washing, enzyme softening, resin coating and vintage effects can be developed through Moroccan laundry facilities.
DAP is suited to smaller courier consignments. FOB is used for bulk sea or air freight, with export documentation and origin handoff coordinated by Fenalt.
A complete tech pack accelerates production, but Fenalt can work from sketches or physical references and develop CAD patterns, POM charts and production files.
