Factory profile
Moroccan partner lines support 280–500+ GSM three-thread fleece, loopback French terry and high-recovery ribbing.
Four-needle flatlock, twin-needle coverstitch, pocket-setting and bar-tacking protect thick fleece seams from tension distortion.
Casablanca and Tangier-area processing supports garment dyeing, pigment, enzyme, mineral and vintage wash treatments.
Armholes, shoulders and hood attachment use dense flatlock or safety overlock. Pocket entries, cuffs, hems and drawcord exits receive coverstitch or bar-tack reinforcement, with typical main seams at 10–12 SPI.
Double-layer, jersey-lined or waffle-lined hoods can use reinforced eyelets, clean drawcord channels and shoulder-to-shoulder neck taping to resist stretch and tear-outs.

Pigment, enzyme, mineral and silicone treatments can be developed with wash strike-offs. Stenter framing and mechanical compacting control torque, GSM and residual shrinkage.
High-density, water-based, puff and DTG printing, plus flat, 3D puff or appliqué embroidery, can be planned with labels, aglets and hangtags.
Order planning
01
Review the tech pack, CAD, GSM, wash, embellishment and packaging requirements.
02
Produce the proto and wash or print strike-offs in 10–15 days, then ship in 3–5 days.
03
Check POMs, hood drape, pocket placement, wash range and hardware before bulk.
04
Cut, sew, wash, inspect and package in 15–20 days after approval, using DAP or FOB terms.
Hoodie quality
GSM punch tests, rib recovery, colorfastness, crocking and pre/post-wash shrinkage are recorded.
Seam stretch, pocket corners, hood symmetry, drawcord exits, cuffs and hardware pull strength are checked.
POMs, packaging and visual defects are inspected under ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 Level II with an AQL 2.5 threshold.
Technical FAQs
Fenalt’s standard MOQ is 50 pieces per style, allowing both emerging and established brands to test fleece programs without excessive inventory.
Yes. Pigment dyeing, enzyme washing, acid washing and silicone softening are developed with lab dips and strike-offs before bulk.
Yes. The engineering team can create CAD patterns, graded specs and production markers from sketches, mood boards or a physical reference.
POMs such as chest, body, sleeve, hood height and pocket placement are checked in-line and at final inspection under standard commercial tolerances.
Bulk production takes 15–20 days after PP sign-off. European road or short-sea delivery is often 3–7 days; North American ocean timing depends on the selected route.
