Loungewear patterns need room where the wearer moves and stable seams where the fabric stretches. The brief covers relaxed sets, athletic-inspired silhouettes, sleep separates and robes; each uses different ease, shaping and finishing.

Tapered movement
Tapered legs and sleeves, knee shaping, back yoke and gusseted crotch options; reinforced flatlock seams support the specified range of motion.

Clean collar and waist
Button-front tops may use notched lapels and piping; trousers may use an encased elastic waistband and functional flat drawcord.

Wrap construction
Kimono or wrap front with deep patch pockets, reinforced belt loops and folded hems for double-faced knits or waffle textures.

Construction and finish
Specify stretch, comfort and recovery at each seam
These construction choices as product-specific options to confirm in the approved tech pack and sample.
Seam profiles
4-thread ISO 4916 overlock joins for side seams and inseams; ISO 607 flatlock on selected junctions to reduce bulk; twin-needle coverstitch hems at 10–12 SPI.
Waistbands
Multi-needle chain-stitched waistbands with 35–50 mm internal braided elastic; optional drawcord with a reinforced channel.
Rib and reinforcement
1×1 or 2×2 rib with the specified recovery blend; bar-tacks can reinforce pocket openings, cord exits, side slits and fly points.
Decoration
Water-based or discharge print for lighter jersey; puff or plastisol print for heavier fleece; embroidery with stabilizer backing on suitable panels.
Labels and packing
Printed or woven neck labels, care and composition labels, custom drawcord hardware and SKU-specific polybagging can be specified for the order.

15–20 days from PP approval to export dispatch; final inspection uses ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 Level II with AQL 2.5.
Color and chemical claims depend on the order-specific evidence and product certificates available. Verify those claims before including them in a product specification.
Development questions
What is the standard MOQ?
The MOQ planning reference is 50 pieces per style; size and color splits are confirmed in the order brief.
Can a brand provide its own tech pack?
Yes. Fenalt works from client specifications, measurement charts and artwork. A physical reference can support technical review when a complete pack is not available.
How are fit and shrinkage reviewed?
The process includes sample review, pattern revision, pre-shrink finishing and points-of-measure checks. The accepted tolerances should be recorded in the approved specification.
Which decoration suits a stretch knit?
Water-based or discharge print is identified for lighter modal and jersey; heavier French terry can use puff print or embroidery with suitable backing.
