Managed private label production

Private label production coordinates garments under a buyer-defined brand identity. Fenalt manages apparel manufacturing and sourcing through factories, suppliers, material sources, and production partners selected for each project. Work may include technical review, material sourcing, OEM or ODM development, sample coordination, production planning, quality activity, and export planning. Fenalt is a manufacturing solutions manager, not a factory directory or marketplace, and does not claim to own production facilities. Partner, origin, capabilities, schedule, and terms depend on the confirmed brief.

Define product and brand details

For each style, specify garment type and use, target wearer, fit, size range, construction, fabric type, known fiber composition or weight, colors, artwork, labels, tags, and trims. Attach the current technical pack, sketches, or references with revision numbers. A visual reference alone may not define material, construction, quantity, or schedule. Keep quantities clear by style, color, and size; identify open choices, the approver, and whether the quantity is an initial order, forecast, or repeat.

Ask the quotation to state whether sample development, materials, labels, packaging, inspection, and freight are included, with assumptions and exclusions. Approve artwork, label content, material, placement, and application method for each style.

A four-stage working sequence

  1. Share product specifications, quantity, branding requirements, destination, and target schedule.
  2. Review scope, questions, sourcing, development assumptions, and project quotation.
  3. Review fit, material, construction, and branding; approve the pre-production sample and written quality criteria.
  4. After approvals, Fenalt coordinates production partners, agreed inspection activity, and export dispatch.

The facility, methods, schedule, and delivery terms are confirmed for the order. Prior partner or route availability is not implied for another style.

Order, timing, and quality

Fenalt's current standard reference is 50 pieces per style; the quotation confirms style definition and quantity split. Sampling is estimated at 10–15 days for production plus a separate 3–5 day shipping reference. Bulk production is estimated at 15–20 days from pre-production sample sign-off to export dispatch. These are planning estimates, not an arrival date or unconditional delivery guarantee. The project schedule is confirmed after requirements, partner, and approvals are reviewed.

Fenalt provides on-site quality control during production. Document the approved sample, measurement points, construction, material and color criteria, inspection scope, records, and corrective action. AQL 2.5 using ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 General Inspection Level II applies only when included in the written inspection plan. Non-conformities are reviewed against the agreed standard, and appropriate corrective action is coordinated with the production partner.

Kuwait import review and shipment planning

Kuwait General Administration of Customs' commercial import procedure (0101) describes commercial import as release of imported goods for trade. It says the importer, its representative, or an authorized customs broker enters the declaration electronically. The procedure lists an original invoice and certificate of origin, delivery order, bill of lading, a land manifest for land imports, and a packing list for multiple items. Controls mention evidence of importer commercial activity or a customs code for the broker. The importer or broker should confirm current requirements for the actual shipment.

Kuwait Customs provides an official Harmonized System and tariff search. The importer or broker can review classification and treatment for the actual garment; a generic description does not establish a code or rate. This page assigns no tariff, tax result, exemption, permit, or label requirement. Delivery depends on origin, destination, shipment size, and agreed Incoterm. DAP may be used for small courier shipments and FOB Chattogram for bulk sea freight, but neither is automatic for a Kuwait order. No price, transit duration, or landed-cost estimate is stated.

Frequently asked questions

What is the standard minimum order quantity?

The current reference is 50 pieces per style. The quotation confirms scope and quantity breakdown; different styles should not be assumed to combine.

When does the bulk production estimate begin?

The 15–20-day estimate begins after pre-production sample sign-off and ends at export dispatch. It is not transit or arrival time.

Does this page confirm a Kuwait tariff or HS code?

No. The importer or broker reviews the actual garment against current official resources.
