Pattern accuracy
Waist width, rise, inseam, thigh and leg opening are defined across the requested size scale.
Technical sweatwear production
Joggers look simple only when the pattern, fabric recovery and stress-point engineering are already correct. Fenalt manages those decisions from the first CAD review to final export.
The result is a repeatable fit across sizes, stable fleece or French Terry construction and clear quality controls for pockets, waistbands, gussets and hems.
Direct answer
Fenalt accepts CAD files, tech packs or reference garments and converts them into a production-ready jogger program with graded patterns, fabric development, sampling and monitored assembly.
Waist width, rise, inseam, thigh and leg opening are defined across the requested size scale.
Gusset, crotch, pocket and drawcord stress points receive targeted reinforcement and stitch checks.
Pre-shrinking, compacting and a locked golden sample keep bulk output aligned with approved fit.
Fabric selection
| Fabric | Weight | Performance | Best suited for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Brushed fleece | 380–500 GSM | Warm brushed interior, smooth face, stable body | Cold-weather joggers and premium loungewear |
| French terry | 280–380 GSM | Loopback structure with breathable weight | Transitional joggers and streetwear sets |
| Performance blends | Per specification | Stretch, recovery and moisture-management options | Active or technical casualwear |
Gusset geometry, rise, inseam, thigh, leg opening and waist measurements are graded across the requested size range.
ISO 4915 516 overlock, 607 flatlock and 406 coverstitch combinations protect stretch zones and reduce bulk.
Bar-tacks reinforce pockets, drawcord openings, crotch seams and other high-load points before finishing.
Heavy fleece supports puff embroidery, high-density screen printing and appliqué when the artwork is engineered for the fabric.
Sampling and approval
Review flats, POM charts, BOM, decoration complexity and base patterns.
Build with target or representative fabric to evaluate silhouette, drape and seam strength.
Translate feedback into master CAD revisions and multi-size grading, such as XS to 3XL.
Lock production fabric, trims and decoration in the PP sample before bulk cut-and-sew.
Sampling
10–15 days for physical sample creation, plus 3–5 days for international courier transit.
Bulk
15–20 days from PP approval to export dispatch.
Shipping
DAP for courier-based small batches or FOB designated port for bulk sea freight.
Quality control
Pre-wash and tumble-dry tests measure shrinkage, skewing and colorfastness before cutting. A minimum Grade 4 colorfastness target is required in the source protocol.
Inspectors verify SPI, pocket alignment, measurement tolerance, seam tension and bar-tacked stress points while production is active.
Finished fleece and jersey items pass metal detection, then final inspection follows ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 Level II with an AQL 2.5 acceptance limit.
How Fenalt manages production
01
Submit CAD files, tech pack or reference garment through the intake portal.
02
Review seam structures, BOM, decoration and yield to produce an itemized quote.
03
Source swatches, run lab dips and develop custom branded hardware.
04
Build fit prototypes and apply graded patterns across the requested size run.
05
Manage cutting, panel printing, cut-and-sew assembly and finishing with QC checks.
06
Complete AQL 2.5 inspection, packaging, export clearance and delivery handoff.
Frequently asked questions
Fenalt’s standard MOQ is 50 pieces per style, allowing emerging and established brands to produce without excess inventory risk.
Yes. Fenalt accepts technical packs, design flats and custom sizing charts, then translates them into digital CAD patterns and flags construction issues before sampling.
Heavy fleece above 380 GSM supports puff embroidery, high-density screen printing and embroidered appliqué patches. The best method depends on artwork detail and the brushed surface.
Knits undergo pre-shrinking, mechanical compacting and stenter framing. Lab wash tests calculate stability, and master patterns are adjusted before cutting.
Sampling takes 10–15 days plus 3–5 days courier shipping. After PP approval, bulk takes 15–20 days to export dispatch, with delivery varying by DAP or FOB route.
Yes. Physical PMS or TCX lab dips are produced for approval before dyeing bulk rolls, including coordination between the body fabric and ribbing.
