Kenpin-level finish
Japan’s market treats small cosmetic defects, stitching misalignment and fabric irregularities seriously. Fenalt sets SPI, finishing and dimensional controls before production.
Managed production for Japan
Fenalt bridges design teams in Tokyo, Osaka and Fukuoka with vetted global production facilities through one managed manufacturing workflow.
Tech pack translation, low-MOQ sampling, strict inspection and export logistics are coordinated for brands that cannot afford unmanaged offshore drift.
Direct answer
Fenalt is not a directory, broker or unmanaged marketplace. We coordinate the full manufacturing process through specialized partner facilities and keep the brand accountable to the approved technical package.

Japan-specific requirements
Japan’s market treats small cosmetic defects, stitching misalignment and fabric irregularities seriously. Fenalt sets SPI, finishing and dimensional controls before production.
Combed compact ring-spun yarns, GSM matching, heat-setting and controlled finishing support high-density printing, embroidery and stable wear.
Fiber composition is translated into Japanese, care labels use JIS L 0001 symbols, and country-of-origin and importer details are built into the label set.
Labels include Japanese fiber terms such as 綿 for cotton and ポリエステル for polyester, standardized care symbols, country of manufacture and the responsible importer’s name, address and contact number.
Every finished Japan-bound garment passes through a calibrated conveyor detector before polybagging, protecting the final shipment from broken-needle fragments.
Order planning
01
Review tech packs, patterns and BOM for POM accuracy and production bottlenecks.
02
Produce the physical PPS in 10–15 days and ship it 3–5 days to Japan for fit and construction approval.
03
After written sign-off, fabric sourcing, dyeing, cutting, sewing, finishing and packaging run in 15–20 days to export dispatch.
04
DAP courier supports smaller consignments; FOB Chattogram is used for bulk sea freight, with exact transit confirmed by route.
For small-batch orders, express courier typically reaches Tokyo, Osaka or Nagoya in 3–5 business days after export clearance. Import duties and consumption tax remain the importer’s responsibility.
For bulk sea freight, Fenalt manages production, quality and origin handoff while the buyer’s forwarder manages ocean transit, insurance and destination clearance.
Quality control
Face fabrics, linings, trims, labels, shading, knitting defects and weight consistency are checked against the approved sample.
At approximately 15–20% completion, inspectors verify construction, SPI, seam strength and early dimensional measurements.
Once garments are packed, final inspection follows ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 Level II with AQL 2.5, standard POM tolerances and needle detection verification.
Technical FAQs
Fenalt reviews label artwork for fiber percentages, JIS L 0001 care symbols, country of origin and importer identification before bulk printing and checks placement during inspection.
Yes. Japan-bound garments pass through calibrated conveyor-type needle detection before final polybagging, and the result is recorded in the inspection report.
Yes. The standard MOQ is 50 pieces per style, supporting limited drops and market tests without committing to high-volume inventory.
Under DAP courier, the courier acts as customs broker and the importer of record pays applicable duties and Japanese consumption tax. Under FOB, the designated Japanese customs broker handles entry and tax payment.
Fenalt uses internationally recognized ISO or AATCC methods for washing, light, perspiration and rubbing fastness, with JIS-equivalent methods where appropriate.
The brand provides tech packs, DXF or PDF patterns and swatches when available. Fenalt produces the sample in 10–15 days plus 3–5 days shipping and can revise before bulk.
DAP is suited to small and medium shipments by courier; FOB Chattogram is used for bulk sea freight, with destination forwarding and customs managed by the buyer’s broker.
