Questions and answers

Wholesale Twill FAQs

Does Fenalt hold live stock twill fabric?

Fenalt operates a managed manufacturing model, coordinating bulk weaving, dyeing, and garment assembly on an order-specific basis rather than maintaining a clearance warehouse.

What is the MOQ for wholesale twill?

The standard apparel MOQ is 50 pieces per style. Specialized mill-run fabric or custom Pantone-dyed rolls may require higher mill minimums based on dyehouse capacity.

Can twill garments use private labels and branded hardware?

Yes. Main labels, care labels, branded waistbands and pocket bags, shank buttons, rivets, YKK zippers, hangtags, and barcode labels can be coordinated at origin.

What are the production lead times?

Sampling takes 10–15 production days plus 3–5 courier days. Bulk takes 15–20 days from PP sign-off to export dispatch.

How is twill quality verified?

GSM, tear strength, seam slippage, dimensional stability, SPI, hardware, and packaging are checked, with final statistical sampling under ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 Level II and AQL 2.5.
