Bulk rolls and blank garments
For internal printing or cut-and-sew lines, Fenalt can coordinate continuous rolls or unbranded ready-made garments with compact ring-spun yarns, flatlock or coverstitch seams, and a clean surface for screen print, sublimation, or heat transfer.
Finished private label
Integrated orders can include woven neck labels, heat-transfer care labels, silicone tags, branded polybags, barcode stickers, hangtags, DTM trims, flat-knit collars, elastic bands, and reinforced zipper tape.
Packing logic
Finished garments are folded, polybagged, and packed in 5-ply export cartons, using solid-color/solid-size or ratio-packed assortments. Rolls use paper tubes, moisture-proof film, lot identifiers, weights, and 58–62 inch usable-width labels.
Functional options
Specify hydrophilic wicking, antibacterial silver-ion, UPF 50+, DWR, Pantone lab dips, sublimation, silicone logos, reflective transfers, or water-based discharge printing.

What formats are available?
Buyers can request bulk roll-goods, unbranded blanks for local decoration, or finished private-label products under an integrated purchase order.
How are rolls and cartons packed?
Roll-goods use high-density paper tubes, moisture-proof polyethylene film, master lot identifiers, net/gross weight, and usable width labels, typically 58–62 inches. Finished garments use folded, polybagged 5-ply export cartons with solid or ratio packing.
What are the standard lead times?
Samples and lab dips take 10–15 days for production plus 3–5 days courier shipping. Bulk production takes 15–20 days from pre-production approval to export dispatch.
Which delivery terms are supported?
Small batches use DAP courier delivery. Bulk sea or air freight uses FOB Chattogram.
How is wholesale color consistency maintained?
Approved Pantone or master lab dips are checked under D65/TL84 lighting and spectrophotometer readings are recorded to control delta-E variation.
