Greige Rolls, Finished Knits, or Finished Garments

Raw greige jersey

Undyed and unfinished rolls for buyers with regional dyehouse capacity or quick-turn local color development.

Finished custom-dyed fabric

Pantone-matched, bio-washed, stenter-framed, and compact-finished fabric ready for spreading and cutting.

Finished apparel

Fenalt can convert the selected jersey into apparel with standard manufacturing MOQ starting at 50 pieces per style.

Roll and quality control

Rolls are typically packed at 20–25 kg, with jumbo 40 kg+ formats available for automated spreading. Barcode tags identify gross/net weight, shade lot, roll number, and usable width. Four-point inspection, GSM, width, pilling, burst strength, crocking, and skew checks can be documented before dispatch.

Questions and answers

Wholesale Jersey FAQs

Does Fenalt hold live stock jersey inventory?

No. Fenalt coordinates custom knitting and dyeing allocations with vetted mills rather than operating as a clearance warehouse or spot-stock broker.

What is the fabric MOQ?

Bulk fabric roll minimums depend on the mill allocation and are confirmed during scoping. For finished apparel using custom jersey, the standard MOQ is 50 pieces per style.

How is color consistency managed?

Pantone TCX/TPG lab dips, spectrophotometer checks, physical client sign-off, and shade-banding keep continuous cutting lots consistent.

What are the standard lead times?

Sampling or lab-dip work uses 10–15 production days plus 3–5 courier days. Bulk production takes 15–20 days after PP sign-off to export dispatch.

What delivery terms are supported?

DAP supports small-batch courier consignments; FOB Chattogram supports bulk sea freight under the managed export workflow.
