Wholesale textile procurement
Source rigid, stretch, selvedge, slub, dual-core, and eco-denim rolls through a managed yarn-to-export workflow with weight, shade, torque, and wash compatibility under control.
Technical options
Weight, composition, weave, yarn character, indigo method, and finish are specified together so rolls behave predictably in cutting and laundry.

Procurement routes
Production-ready bases with established wash performance, standardized shrinkage, physical test data, and pre-vetted yarn specifications for fast-turn programs.
Custom slub profiles, recycled cotton or hemp blends, high-tenacity cores, and proprietary green-cast, red-cast, pure indigo, or sulfur shades developed from the yarn level.
Roll packaging
Rolls use heavy-duty inner cardboard tubes, HDPE protective film, woven outer poly-sacks, standard 57/58 or 59/60 inch usable widths, moisture protection, and shade-band identifiers for continuous cutting layouts.
Quality release
Slubs, fly waste, missing ends, skewing, and shade bands are recorded.
Warp/weft tensile, tear resistance, seam slippage, crocking, skew, torque, and shrinkage are checked.
Final acceptance follows ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 Level II with an AQL 2.5 threshold.
10–15 days production plus 3–5 days courier for sampling; 15–20 days after PP sign-off for bulk.
Questions and answers
No. Fenalt coordinates fresh production runs and dedicated mill allocations to the buyer's exact weight, shade, stretch, and weave requirements.
Finished apparel starts at 50 pieces per style. Fabric-roll minimums depend on mill dye-vat capacity and loom warp length and are confirmed during technical scoping.
Yes. The technical team can analyze fiber, yarn count, weave, color, and finish to replicate or upgrade the construction.
Sampling takes 10–15 production days plus 3–5 courier days. Bulk takes 15–20 days from PP sign-off to export dispatch.
Four-point inspection, AQL 2.5 sampling, tensile and tear testing, crocking, seam slippage, skew, torque, shrinkage, and shade sorting are included in the managed workflow.
