Private Label Clothing for Spanish Brands

Fenalt coordinates apparel production and sourcing through a managed network, based on each project’s specification. Partners, materials, origin, scope and terms are confirmed for the order.

Fenalt is not a factory directory or open marketplace and does not claim to own factories or manufacture in Spain.

Product brief

Define the garment and its approval owners

Attach the current tech pack or annotated references and identify its version. Describe category and use, fit, size range, construction, material and known fibre content, measurements, colours, trims, print or embroidery, labels, hangtags and packaging. Separate approved requirements from ideas that still need a sample or feasibility review.

Break quantity down by style, colour and size; do not assume unrelated styles combine toward a minimum. List required brand files and placements, including buyer-supplied components. Name who approves fit, colour, material, artwork, labels and packaging. Record feedback by sample stage and keep the approved specification revision with the reference sample.

Sampling and planning

Confirm quantity and scope in the quotation

Fenalt’s standard minimum-order reference is 50 pieces per style. Confirm how a style is defined and whether the requested fabric, colour, construction, size split and trims support that quantity. Do not assume different styles share one minimum.

  • Sampling: 10–15 days for sample production, plus a separate 3–5 day shipping reference.
  • Bulk production: 15–20 days from pre-production sample sign-off to export dispatch.

These are project planning references, not guaranteed arrival dates in Spain. Approvals, revisions, materials and transport can affect timing.

Quality plan

Put criteria and responsibilities in writing

Before production, document the approved sample, measurements and tolerances, construction and material criteria, inspection scope and stage, records and owners. Fenalt provides on-site quality control during production. AQL 2.5 under ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 General Inspection Level II applies only when written into the plan: it is sampling, not inspection of every item or a defect-free guarantee. Non-conformities are assessed against the agreed standard and appropriate corrective action is coordinated with the production partner.

Product and import checks

Review requirements for the actual product and destination

Regulation (EU) No 1007/2011 covers fibre names and composition information for textile products within scope. Before approving labels or artwork, the brand, importer or a specialist should verify scope, components, exceptions, sales channel and language requirements for the destination. This page does not certify a particular garment’s compliance.

Identify the importer, customs declarant and representative for the transaction. The Spanish Tax Agency explains EORI registration; operator circumstances and first customs activity can affect which authority is competent. EORI identifies an operator for customs purposes but does not determine classification, duty or tax treatment.

Check product classification and documented origin using current tools such as TARIC with the responsible importer or representative. This page gives no code, duty, preference, tax amount or import-cost result. Confirm the precise destination: mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla differ in customs and VAT territorial scope in the European Commission’s table. This prompts transaction-specific review; it does not determine treatment for an order.

Dispatch and responsibilities

Agree the named place and delivery scope

Fenalt’s qualified references are DAP for small-batch courier shipments and FOB Chattogram for bulk sea freight, subject to production origin, destination, shipment size and agreed terms. The quotation should name the place or port and allocate documents, transport, clearance and responsibilities. No reference alone establishes duties, total landed cost, included clearance or an arrival date.

For a project review, share the current tech pack, quantities by style and variant, brand files, destination, target calendar and open decisions. Review Fenalt’s services or share a brief. An inquiry does not confirm feasibility or price.
