Fenalt turns the tech pack into a managed sampling and production plan. Pattern development, fabric sourcing, compact ring-spun or sustainable blends, private-label trims, and final inspection are coordinated through one accountable production path.
Bulk production is scheduled for 15–20 days after PP approval, with AQL 2.5 inspection and DAP or FOB delivery rather than fragmented factory management.

Technical construction

Seams, hems, zippers, interlining, and stitch density are chosen with the fabric and silhouette.

What is the MOQ?
Fenalt's standard MOQ is 50 pieces per style.
Can you use sustainable fabrics?
Yes. GOTS organic cotton, Tencel Lyocell, recycled polyester, and other specified fibers can be sourced through intake.
How do you grade sizes?
Digital CAD patterns are graded to the supplied chart; Fenalt can provide a standard US or EU scale if one is not available.
What is DAP versus FOB?
DAP is used for small courier shipments to the named place excluding local duties and taxes. FOB Chattogram is used for bulk sea freight, with responsibility ending when goods are loaded on the vessel.
Do I need a professional tech pack?
A tech pack is preferred, but clear physical samples or detailed sketches can be formalized into production-ready specifications.
What tolerances apply?
Standard commercial apparel tolerances apply across POM, typically around ±0.5 inch for most dimensions depending on fabric and construction.
How long does a PP sample take?
Sample production typically takes 10–15 days followed by 3–5 days international courier shipping.
Can you add labels and hangtags?
Yes. Woven neck labels, care labels, branded hangtags, and private-label packaging can be included in the bulk BOM.
