Product brief

Keep product decisions specific

Describe garment category and use, fit and sizes, construction, verified fibre content, colours, trims, brand placement, label artwork and packaging. Split quantities by style, colour and size; include destination and desired timing. Attach the controlling tech-pack version and mark decisions that are approved or still need a sample or feasibility review.

Fenalt coordinates private-label apparel through managed manufacturing and sourcing. Factories, suppliers, material sources and production partners are selected for each project. Fenalt does not own factories. Confirm the order scope, available partner, materials and commercial terms before treating them as settled.

Brand files and samples

Connect approvals to the production reference

List labels, tags, artwork, prints, embroidery, trims and packaging, including versions, placement and buyer-supplied items. Name each sample approver and criteria for fit, measurements, colour, construction and brand application. Record accepted changes in a dated specification revision linked to the sample that guides production.

Quantity and quality

Confirm planning and inspection scope

Fenalt’s standard minimum-order reference is 50 pieces per style. Sample production is estimated at 10–15 days plus a separate 3–5 days for shipping. Bulk production is estimated at 15–20 days from pre-production sample sign-off to export dispatch. These references do not promise arrival in Denmark; confirm the order schedule in writing.

Set the approved sample, measurement points and tolerances, material criteria, inspection scope, records and corrective-action process in a written quality plan. AQL 2.5 under ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 General Inspection Level II applies only when method and acceptance limits are included. It is not a promise of unit-by-unit inspection or defect-free output. Fenalt provides on-site quality control during production; confirm included activities.

Danish labelling and import

Check the product and route to market

Regulation (EU) No 1007/2011 sets fibre-composition requirements for products within scope. EU guidance describes Danish-language information for products sold to end users; some B2B situations may use commercial documents instead of or alongside labels. Ask a qualified reviewer to check scope, exceptions, exact Danish wording, sales channel and responsible operator. See the EU Danish textile-labelling guidance.

The importer or customs representative should classify the garment and check current TARIC measures against value and origin. Confirm importer and EORI roles, VAT treatment and import-charge responsibility with the European Commission, Danish Tax Agency and Danish Customs. This page does not calculate tax or assign import responsibility to Fenalt.

Quote and delivery

State currency and shipment roles

A Denmark-based team may budget in DKK, but the quote should state invoice currency, payment milestones and fees. Fenalt’s approved facts do not establish standard payment terms. DAP may be used for small-batch courier shipments and FOB Chattogram for bulk sea freight when confirmed. Name the place or port, transport responsibility, importer and party paying import charges.
