Private Label Clothing for Czech Brands
Prepare a brief that connects the product, brand, sample and import plan. Fenalt coordinates technical review, sourcing, production with project partners and agreed steps from quality review through shipment.
Share a project briefTurn the brief into production decisions
For each style, describe the garment category and use, fit and size range, construction, material and known fibre content, colours, trims, branding placement, label artwork and packaging. Attach the current tech pack or reference files, identify their version, and separate approved requirements from questions that need a sample or feasibility review.
Fenalt coordinates private-label clothing through a managed manufacturing and sourcing process. Production partners, suppliers and material sources are selected for each project. Fenalt manages work from technical review through production coordination to delivery; it is not a factory directory or marketplace and does not claim to own production facilities. Production origin, partner availability, scope and commercial terms are confirmed for the order.
Include quantities by style, colour and size, destination and target window. A reference image can communicate intent, but it does not settle measurements, composition, construction or placement. Record those decisions in the brief and check them against the approved sample.
Keep brand and sample approvals traceable
List the labels, tags, artwork, prints, embroidery, trims and packaging that carry the brand. Note file versions, placements, wording and buyer-supplied materials. Fenalt coordinates custom branding, labels and tags within a confirmed project scope; feasibility, suppliers, material availability and commercial terms require review for the particular order.
Agree who reviews each sample and what criteria they will use. Check fit, measurements, colour, material hand-feel, construction, branding placement and packaging. Record accepted changes in a dated specification revision and keep it with the approved sample that controls bulk production.
Confirm quantities and planning references
Fenalt’s standard minimum order reference is 50 pieces per style. Confirm the style definition and quantity breakdown in the quotation; do not assume separate styles, colours or material requirements combine toward one minimum.
Sampling is estimated at 10–15 days for production plus a separate 3–5 days for shipping. Bulk production is estimated at 15–20 days from pre-production sample sign-off to export dispatch. These are planning references, not an arrival date in Czechia or an unconditional promise. Materials, approvals, revisions, partners and shipment arrangements can affect timing; confirm dates for the order.
Agree quality criteria in writing
Before bulk production, document the approved sample, measurement points and tolerances, construction and material criteria, inspection scope, records and corrective-action process. AQL 2.5 under ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 General Inspection Level II applies only when the written inspection plan specifies the sampling method and acceptance limits. AQL is a sampling method; it does not mean every unit is inspected or guarantee defect-free production.
Fenalt provides on-site quality control during production. Non-conformities are reviewed against the agreed quality standard and appropriate corrective action is coordinated with the production partner. Needle or metal detection can be incorporated where required by the product, buyer specification or production facility. Confirm the activities for the actual order.
Check Czech-market labelling and import roles
For products within scope, check fibre names and composition information under Regulation (EU) No 1007/2011. Confirm the actual fibre composition and applicable language and product-information requirements for the garment and destination before label artwork is approved. The Czech Trade Inspection Authority’s seller guidance refers to the regulation and Czech-language product information. Requirements depend on the product and circumstances; this page is not a product-specific compliance assessment.
Before dispatch, identify the seller, importer and customs declarant. Czech Customs explains EORI registration and identification; where an operator applies depends on where it is established. EORI does not set a product classification or charge. Ask the responsible customs representative to check classification, origin evidence, customs procedure, taxes and documents for the actual product and shipment. This page states no duty rate, tax amount or landed cost.
Confirm the shipment handover
Record production origin, named destination, shipment size, documents, transport responsibility and the agreed Incoterm in the order. DAP may be used for small-batch courier shipments and FOB Chattogram for bulk sea freight, subject to confirmation for the project. The quotation and Incoterm do not by themselves establish duty, tax, customs clearance, all-in landed cost or arrival date.
The buyer or importer should confirm product classification, origin evidence, import declarations, applicable taxes and labelling with the relevant specialists. Fenalt coordinates the agreed production and shipment workflow but does not provide a universal compliance or customs-clearance guarantee.
Gather the controlling tech pack, quantities by style and variant, material and branding decisions, label and packaging files, desired sampling stage, destination and timing. Mark approved decisions, open questions and the approval owner. Share a production brief or review Fenalt’s services.
