Fenalt coordinates custom manufacturing and sourcing with production partners against each project brief. Production location, material availability and commercial terms need confirmation for the order. Its current standard reference MOQ is 50 pieces per style, not an automatic minimum for every material, color, finish or construction.
Prepare a brief that can be quoted
For each style, provide the current specification or tech pack with date and revision. Include garment type, intended use, construction, material composition and properties, weight, colors, finished measurements, points of measure, size range and tolerances. Add artwork placement, print or embroidery, labels, fastenings, components and packaging. Mark unresolved choices as questions, not approved requirements.
Separate quantities and compare quotes
Separate quantities by style, color and size, and distinguish an opening order from a forecast or repeat. Do not assume styles can be combined toward one MOQ without written confirmation. Material minimums and availability vary. Compare quotes by asking whether they include sample development, materials, labels, packaging, inspection and freight. Fenalt does not publish a universal Czech unit price; request a project-specific quote. Quote and invoice currency must be agreed for the transaction.
Approve a sample before bulk production
Use the sample to check fit, measurements, material, color, seams, finishing, artwork, components and packaging. Record feedback against the sample revision. Fenalt's planning reference is 10–15 days for sample production plus a separate 3–5 day shipping reference; these are estimates, not a delivery guarantee. Before bulk production, align the approved pre-production sample, specification, artwork, labels and quantity under the same revision.
Agree quality criteria
Set garment-specific measurement tolerances and expectations for stitching, finishing, color, print, embroidery and components. Fenalt's approved operating reference lists AQL 2.5 under ANSI/ASQ Z1.4, General Inspection Level II. Confirm the method and scope in the order inspection plan. AQL is statistical sampling, not a promise that every unit will be defect-free or a substitute for product testing. Non-conformities are assessed against the agreed standard and appropriate corrective action is coordinated with the production partner.
Check Czech textile labels
The European Commission's guide describes EU fibre-composition requirements, scope and exemptions. For consumer-facing goods, confirm language requirements where the product is offered. Some B2B cases may use commercial documents under specific conditions. Before printing, verify fibre composition, fibre names, Czech text where required, the responsible economic operator and final artwork. Have a local specialist check the product and sales channel.
Identify the importer, EORI and classification
If goods enter the EU from outside its customs territory, record the importer and declarant for the actual supply arrangement. EORI is mandatory for EU customs operations, but this does not mean every buyer personally needs a new number. Confirm each party's role and applicable EORI with the declarant or customs representative. Classification depends on the goods; do not state a tariff code, duty, preferential-origin result, VAT or landed cost without shipment-specific review.
Separate production time from freight
Fenalt's bulk-production planning reference is 15–20 days from pre-production sample sign-off to export dispatch; it excludes freight, customs clearance and local delivery. Qualified delivery references include DAP for small courier shipments and FOB Chattogram for bulk sea freight, subject to production origin, destination, shipment size and agreed Incoterm. DAP does not automatically include all import charges.
Before placing an order
- Confirm style, specification revision and quantity by style, color and size.
- Get written confirmation of materials, quote assumptions and included services.
- Approve the sample, labels, artwork and packaging.
- Agree inspection criteria, milestones and non-conformity handling.
- Identify importer, declarant, EORI and customs-classification responsibilities.
- Separate production time from freight, clearance and local delivery.
