Four-thread overlock at 10–12 SPI, twin-needle or five-thread reinforcement, and controlled rib compacting protect recovery.
Woven engineering
French seams, flat-felled options, clean pocket bags, and balanced hems are selected by fabric weight and silhouette.
Elastic and grading
Elastic tension, waistband height, rise, and XS–3XL grading are reviewed across the complete matching set.
Decoration that respects movement
Stretch-ready print
Water-based, plastisol, high-density, and elastomeric systems are chosen for the fabric’s recovery and wash requirement.
Discharge and puff
Discharge can preserve a soft hand on compatible cotton; 3D puff uses the right backing and placement for the set.
Sublimation and AOP
All-over and sublimation artwork is approved on fabric before cutting so the repeat stays aligned across both pieces.
