Who this supports
Fenalt helps Austrian brands turn a product idea into a documented, repeatable production route with the technical detail needed for the first run and the next one.
Develop a focused collection from a 50-piece starting point, with material, fit, and finish decisions reviewed before bulk.
Translate a strong visual direction into repeatable fleece, jersey, woven, denim, and outerwear products with production-ready specifications.
Coordinate private-label, uniform, and merchandise runs with clear labeling, documented quality checks, and reorder-ready records.
Product development
The collection can move across everyday knits, wovens, denim, and technical layers while retaining a clear record of what was approved.
01
Combed compact jersey, French terry, fleece, rib, and structured knitwear across everyday tees, sweatshirts, hoodies, and coordinated sets.
Typical range: 160 GSM jersey to 450 GSM fleece
02
Cotton twill, poplin, linen blends, and lightweight woven constructions for shirts, overshirts, trousers, utility shapes, and resort-led capsules.
Pattern balance, shrinkage, and seam finish are checked in sampling
03
DWR shells, softshells, quilted layers, insulated vests, and rain-ready shapes with seam sealing, waterproof zips, and functional lining options.
Construction is matched to the intended weather and wear profile
04
Rigid or stretch denim, cargos, and reinforced casual pieces with stone, enzyme, ozone, or laser effects, bartacks, and selected hardware.
Wash and hardware behavior are confirmed before bulk release

These working parameters give the first conversation a useful shape. The final technical record is agreed around the product itself.

The workflow
01
Share the product direction, references, target quantity, delivery window, and any existing tech pack. The first review identifies construction and material decisions.
02
Patterns, BOM, fabric qualities, trims, labels, and packaging are aligned so the sample represents the product you actually intend to sell.
03
Samples generally take 10–15 business days, followed by a 3–5 day courier window. Fit, color, shrinkage, and finishing are reviewed before signoff.
04
After pre-production approval, bulk production normally takes 15–20 business days. Progress is checked against the approved technical record.
05
Finished garments are inspected against the agreed quality level, measurements, workmanship, and visual standards before export documentation is prepared.
06
The completed order is packed and handed to the selected DAP or FOB route, with the documents and delivery responsibility clarified in advance.
Austria readiness
The production route is easier to manage when label language, restricted-substance expectations, origin details, and delivery season are addressed before bulk.
EU Regulation 1007/2011 for textile fiber composition and German-language care and fiber labeling, with origin and importer details included where required.
REACH controls for restricted substances are built into material and trim decisions, with testing arranged when the product risk or buyer requirement calls for it.
Seasonal planning around spring/summer deliveries in February–March and autumn/winter deliveries in August–September.
Quality control
A private-label program needs more than a final glance. Each checkpoint is tied back to the approved specification and sample.
GSM, color, hand feel, lab dips, and material consistency are checked before the production line receives the approved inputs.
SPI, seam construction, alignment, measurements, and finishing are reviewed during production so corrections happen before final packing.
The finished lot is checked against the approved sample and measurement record using AQL 2.5 principles before release.
Questions, answered
The standard starting quantity is 50 pieces per style. The practical plan depends on the fabric, color split, size run, and construction.
Yes. Fabric qualities, GSM, color, trims, labels, and packaging can be specified in the technical development stage and validated through sampling.
Patterns, POM measurements, material behavior, and the approved sample are used as the production reference. Shrinkage and finishing are reviewed before bulk signoff.
Sampling generally takes 10–15 business days plus 3–5 days for courier delivery. Bulk production generally takes 15–20 business days after the pre-production sample is approved.
Air delivery is suited to smaller or time-sensitive shipments. Larger orders can move by FOB or CIF through Hamburg, Rotterdam, or Koper, followed by rail or road to Vienna, Linz, or Graz.
