Managed production for apparel brands
Apparel manufacturing, from specification to export dispatch
Fenalt coordinates custom production from technical review and sampling through production quality checks and the delivery plan agreed for each order.
Before development
Start with a decision-ready production brief
For each style, gather the technical pack or current specification, a reference sample if available, material and finish requirements, approved measurements, size range, branding and trim details, quantity by style and size, packaging decisions, and destination. Mark estimates and unresolved choices clearly so they are not mistaken for approved instructions.
Product
Style details, tech pack, reference sample, and points of measure.
Materials
Fabric, color, finish, trims, labels, and branding decisions.
Quantity
Units by style, color, and size, with open assumptions identified.
Delivery
Destination, packaging needs, and preferred shipping approach.
Production sequence
Make each handoff explicit
Step 1
Define the style and review its technical requirements
Submit the project through Fenalt’s intake. The team reviews the supplied specification and identifies decisions that need clarification before development.
Step 2
Coordinate materials and a sample
Fenalt coordinates material sourcing and prototype or sample development with the relevant production partners. The buyer reviews fit, construction, color, branding, and measurements.
Step 3
Approve the pre-production baseline
Confirm the production sample, points of measure, materials, trims, artwork, size breakdown, packaging, and project-specific inspection instructions before bulk work begins.
Step 4
Coordinate production and quality checks
Fenalt coordinates production with project partners and can arrange on-site quality control. Non-conformities are reviewed against the agreed quality standard and corrective action is coordinated as appropriate.
Step 5
Prepare the agreed dispatch
Shipment routing and delivery terms depend on production origin, destination, shipment size, and the Incoterm agreed for the order.
Current operating references
Confirm the order-specific plan
These are planning references, not a final quotation or a guarantee for every style. Confirm scope, assumptions, dates, shipping route, and responsibilities before production is authorized.
| Item | Fenalt reference | Confirm for the order |
|---|---|---|
| Minimum order quantity | 50 pieces per style | Confirm style, color, and size breakdown. |
| Sample development | 10–15 days for production, plus 3–5 days for shipping | Confirm sample scope, material availability, and destination. |
| Bulk production | 15–20 days from pre-production sample sign-off to export dispatch | Confirm approvals and the production plan. |
| Inspection | AQL 2.5 under ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 Level II | Write the sample plan, defect definitions, and timing into the order. |
| Delivery terms | DAP for small-batch courier shipments; FOB Chattogram for bulk sea freight | Confirm route, origin, destination, shipment size, and agreed Incoterm. |
Project control
Keep product approvals separate from production coordination
The buyer supplies and approves the product brief, measurements, materials, artwork, labels, size ratios, and pre-production sample.
Fenalt coordinates technical review, sourcing, production partners, quality checks, and the agreed delivery plan. If a specification changes after approval, document the revision and confirm its effect on materials, timing, inspection, and cost before it is used in production.
Common questions
Before you start a manufacturing project
What is Fenalt’s standard MOQ?
The current standard is 50 pieces per style. Confirm the final style, color, and quantity breakdown for the project.
When does the bulk production timing begin?
The 15–20 day reference begins after pre-production sample sign-off and runs through export dispatch. Confirm material availability, scope, and specifications in the order plan.
Does Fenalt operate the factories directly?
Fenalt manages the manufacturing solution and works with factories, suppliers, material sources, and production partners as the project requires. It is not a factory directory or marketplace.
Have a style ready for technical review?
Submit the specification and current decisions so Fenalt can review the brief and identify what is needed to plan the next step.
